Throughout the years, we’ve heard from many moms how they wish they could come to Camp Pocono Trails themselves. Well, now they can!

Camp Pocono Trails Moms Camp allows the mothers of our campers to experience firsthand what life is like at Camp Pocono Trails. This program has been a success for the past three summers… Our moms lost weight on the same food program as our campers and attended all kinds of activities including nutrition classes, personal training sessions, Zumba, water aerobics, boot camp, tennis and much more!

The biggest advantage is that moms learn firsthand how to prepare for their children when they came home. They learn the the nutritional and physical requirements needed to continue their children’s success after camp is over and their regular schedules resume.

Moms will enjoy nicely appointed air conditioned cabins, separate from the campers.

We are very excited to be able to offer our “Moms” the opportunity to get into the best physical and mental shape of their lives!

Your Typical Day at Camp Pocono Trails – Moms Camp:
7:30 Optional Campus Walk
8:30 Breakfast
9:45-10:45 Fitness Class Options: Zumba, Pilates, or Hip Hop Aerobics
10:45-11:45 Weight Training
12:30 Lunch
2:00 Nutrition Class
2:45 Snack
3:00 Water Aerobics
4:15 Tennis
5:00 Shower Hour
6:00 Dinner
7:45 Evening Program

Moms Camp will be offered during our Pre-Camp session from 6/15-6/25 and again between the dates of 7/24-8/17 for a minimum of one week or a maximum of 3.5 weeks. Enrollment is limited and this program will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
