Camp Pocono Trails is excited to offer our Young Adults/Collegiates Program for females and males ages 18-25!

Our Young Adults program will take place in a structured environment where they will be guided to achieve significant results during their camp stay but will also allow this age group choices when it comes to their daily schedule/fitness selection. One of the big advantages of this program is that our Young Adults will be working towards their goals with other campers their age so they can form a strong support system for when they return home. We are very excited to be able to offer our Young Adults the opportunity to get into the best physical and mental shape of their lives!

Activities
Our Young Adults will participate in many activities while at camp including: nutrition classes, personal training sessions, Zumba, Kickboxing, Pounds classes, Yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, boot camps, tennis and all the other great activities that we offer our campers. Our lakefront facilities, dance studio, climbing center/odyssey course and golf driving range will all be offered to them as well. They will also be given the opportunity to take a trip off camp each week with other campers their age to local attractions.

Food and Nutrition
They will be given a separate food program designed specifically for their age group. They will meet with our nutrition team throughout their camp stay to set goals, meal plan and tailor a program that will allow them to continue their healthy lifestyle when they return home from camp.

Accommodations
Females and Males will be housed separately in spacious camp cabins with other campers their own age, which will include housekeeping services in the bathrooms. Camp Pocono Trails is a beautiful summer camp, but not a hotel. We have a very clean, gorgeous location with first rate facilities.

9:45 Fitness Class Options: Zumba, Pilates, or Boot Camp
10:45 Weight Training

AFTERNOON
12:30 Lunch
2:00 Nutrition Class
2:45 Snack
3:00 Water Aerobics
4:15 Tennis

EVENING
5:00 Shower Hour
6:00 Dinner
7:45 Evening Program
