Children’s obesity has doubled in the last two decades. One in five children will become obese.
It’s no surprise that change is needed to combat this chronic disease.
Change leads to empowerment. Empowerment leads to healthy, happy lives.
Tony Sparber recommends a number of weight loss rules for children to live by:
- Consume an adequate amount of food to provide all the required nutrients
- Drink plenty of pure water (Minimum 6-8 glasses per day)
- Target slow, steady weight loss: 1-2 pounds per week
These are some of the simplest steps we can take toward empowerment in the fight against childhood obesity.
When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.
