Long Term Change at Our Teen Fitness Camp
Getting camper buy-in at our teen fitness camp is what we do best. Using the direction of other campers, participants at Camp Pocono Trails are encouraged and cheered on by their bunkmates and other campers.
Our goal is to create positive memories related to physical activity. Many campers that attend our fitness summer camp have expressed that this is the first time they have ever felt confident in their athletic ability.
We also help our campers identify summer camp fitness activities they may want to participate in when they go home. This might include team sports or individual sports. Even if your child is completely resistant to sports, they will learn individual fitness activities including Zumba, yoga, weight lifting, and personalized sessions with a qualified personal trainer.
