Moms Camp

Come experience Camp Pocono Trails at out Moms Camp & Family Camp! Our moms get healthy using the same food program as our campers. They attend all kinds of activities including nutrition classes, internet habit reversal overview, self-esteem class, personal training sessions, Zumba, water aerobics, boot camp, tennis, and all the other great activities that we offer our campers. One of the big advantages of this program is that moms are taught firsthand how to prepare for their children when they come home from camp. Moms are housed in air-conditioned cabins separate from the campers. We are very excited to be able to offer our moms the opportunity to get into the best physical and mental shape of their lives!

Enrollment is limited and this program will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Family Camp

The CPT Family Camp includes all of the great activities offered at Camp Pocono Trails throughout the summer. This includes our onsite lakefront, two outdoor heated swimming pools, zipline, and climbing center. Moms experience our great fitness and weight training programs, sports activities, arts, drama, dance and so much more. The program is structured but will also leave room for choice.  Participants are able to sign up for their favorite activities throughout the day. Fun and exciting programs also take place nightly.

Everyone in your family will be on our healthy meal plan. Family nutrition and cooking classes will give the entire family the opportunity to be “on the same page” when families return home from camp.

Families get their own private cabin which will include housekeeping services in the bathrooms. Camp Pocono Trails is a beautiful summer camp, but not a hotel. We have a very clean, gorgeous location with first-rate facilities.
