Campers in our technology track learn how to balance their social life along with being online, video games, and interacting with others through their cell phone. When you consider the amount of time your child likely spends interacting on the cell phone, you have to also consider the amount of missed face-to-face social opportunities. This is why summer camp is so great. Every child hands in their cell phone to attend Camp Pocono Trails and must interact with others in a face-to-face manner, therefore learning how to read facial expressions and other non-verbal communication.
