Texas teens will be treated to resort-style amenities at Camp Pocono Trails. Our campers enjoy two swimming pools (1 for boys, and 1 for girls), basketball courts, tennis courts, full theater, Odyssey course, driving range, gymnasium, rope course, and so much more.
Private lakefront access gives Texas campers a wide range of water activities to choose from. Our campers can choose swimming, kayaking, rowing, there is so much to enjoy.

We are better than a fat camp for teens and young adults in that our approach is positive in every aspect. We don’t call our campers “fat” or blame them for any physical issues. Instead, we focus on solutions as a results-oriented, positive weight loss program for teens and young adults.

Most of our campers are overweight and need to start with the very basics of exercise and nutrition. Our campers learn how to take responsibility and manage their own health and well-being. An exciting process we see at camp is when a camper learns a new recipe or discovers a new physical activity and then express that they can’t wait to go home and share this with their family.

We hear from camper’s years later that this experience made a significant positive change in their life.
