Moms Camp & Family Camp

MOMS CAMP. Our moms lose weight on the same food program as our campers, attend all kinds of activities including nutrition classes, personal training sessions, Zumba, water aerobics, boot camp, tennis and all the other great activities that we offer our campers. One of the big advantages of this program is that moms are taught first hand how to prepare for their children when they come home from camp. Moms will be housed in air conditioned cabins separate from the campers. We are very excited to be able to offer our moms the opportunity to get into the best physical and mental shape of their lives! Enrollment is limited and this program will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

FAMILY CAMP. The CPT Family Camp will include all of the great activities offered at Camp Pocono Trails throughout the summer including our onsite lakefront, two outdoor heated swimming pools, zipline and climbing center as well as all of our great fitness and weight training programs, sports activities, arts, drama, dance and so much more. The program will be structured but will also leave room for choice. You will be able to sign up for your favorite activities throughout the day. Fun and exciting programs will also take place nightly.

Everyone in your family will be on our healthy meal plan. Family nutrition and cooking classes will give the entire family the opportunity to be “on the same page” when families return home from camp.

Families will get their own private cabin which will include housekeeping services in the bathrooms. Camp Pocono Trails is a beautiful summer camp, but not a hotel. We have a very clean, gorgeous location with first rate facilities.
